Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

FAQ'S ON THE SUBSCRIPTION BASED QT

How does the new App Free Mode work?

With this update, your QT will automatically trigger app free mode after 5 seconds if it is not synced with the app. You no longer need a phone to use it, and can immediately begin an app free treatment after charging your new device. Your app free session begins as the light on the top of the handle turns green and begins to blink. When you first establish conductivity, the device will buzz. You can check your conductivity at any time via the green light - it will be solid when you have good conductivity. The device will go through 5 minutes of the 'Stretch' waveform, then it will buzz twice and switch to 'Lift' for 10 more minutes. It is automatically set on 'Low' at 175 microamps, but you can change it in the app to 'High,' which is 300 microamps. This treatment can be performed daily.

Will I have to pay for a membership if I purchased my QT before January 12th 2024?

If you purchased your QT before January 12th 2024, you will be a lifetime member of the Premium Community at no additional cost to you.

Do I have to purchase a membership?

You will not be forced to purchase a membership. When you first activate your account, you will automatically begin a free 30 Day Premium Membership.Once you have tried out all the app's features you can decide whether to subscribe or to cancel your membership at no cost to you.

How do I view or cancel my Membership? 

You can always view your membership status by going to your profile in the app. Tap the profile icon in the top left corner of your screen (this will look like a small circle with either your image or the silhouette of a person). After this, you will see your membership status and will have the option to change or cancel your plan. Once you cancel your membership in the app, you may also need to cancel the subscription in your app store.

What can a QT Base do without the Premium Membership?

As a QT Base user you will still be able to utilize the device in App Free Mode. You can set your device to 'Low' or 'High' in your app, with Low = 175 microamps and High = 300 microamps.

Why is the QT being sold at a lower price now? Has the QT changed or lost anything?

No need to worry! The QT still has all the same capabilities - up to 400 microamps of power and our 2 proprietary waveforms: Stretch to smooth out tension and wrinkles, and Lift to firm and tighten lax muscles. We have simply separated the price of the device from the price of the app. Our goal is to make our device even more accessible and give users the ability to decide what they need for their microcurrent experience.

Very informative !

A very interesting machine. It’s more than I realized it was. I thought it was as simple as a face massager, but this with the app, it’s so much more. It comes with different sticky tabs for different parts of the face as well as the neck. They each attach to the machine and uses small frequencies that you cannot feel. The app is very detailed, and shows step by step what to do. It’s lets you know when the machine is doing what it’s supposed to, and how to do it. The details are easy to understand and easy to follow. The app has you take a picture through their app, It tells you exactly how to pose and with what lighting. It then analyzes the face along with the information you’ve given it and tells you how your skin is. From there it tells you what to focus on with the machine. It’s very interesting. It takes a little bit to charge, but it’s good and ready to go. The app is easy to find and download. You just make an account and it all begins. Has a couple products to put on before each treatments and reminds you to apply it before use. I’m looking forward to its results but I’m already impressed with how deep it goes.

Though it’s hard to imagine such a small device making a big difference, consistent use might show results over time. The device is compact, easy to handle, and simple to apply to the skin. The accompanying app offers a variety of programs with helpful video tutorials that demonstrate where and how to use the device. It also alerts you when the device loses contact with the skin, ensuring proper usage. While it’s a bit on the expensive side, it offers an innovative, high tech option for at home skincare.

Easy to Use and Good for All Skin Types

This is my first time using a microcurrent machine, and I wasn’t sure what to expect from a usage side of things..I feel like my skin looks nice, and is starting to show a lifted, and more radiant apperance. I didn't take before and after photos so take my thoughts with a grain of salt.It contours my jawline nicely, and I feel like I look a bit more defined. One thing is that the microcurrent creates an odd sensation. It's not not painful or anything but it is a strange feeling if you’re not used to it.

Stimulator but not muscle toning

This item is surface stimulator that improves circulation but it does not work the facial muscles like the Face Master product. I think it would be good for general skin circulation but it would not prevent wrinkles for sagging muscles in the face. The current needs to run through the muscles and facia by gently pinching the tissue. This product stays on the surface of the face. I think it could help with neck toning and general skin toning.
