My wife and I both use this. As a 76 year old with 76 year old knees, I was in a lot of pain, and the red light therapy really helps. My wife uses it as well, and has had similar results. Its a very well made product, easy to charge and use. It comes with a nice case and the batteries can be charged while still in the case. Its a great product - highly recommended for athletes and older guys like me...
