Treatment Guideline-

  • Beauty — 30-4 rule: 30 mins per day, 4 days a week.
  • Treatment — 60-5 rule: 60 mins per day, 5 days a week.

It is important to use your light consistently. We recommend using your light everyday, light therapy is like food for your cells. For best results, please position your light on the targeted area of your body or skin that you want to treat.

The Bestqool LED light therapy provides you 7 colors of lights. The LED light helps with oil control, redness, aging. This device has two rows of non-emitting near-infrared light, invisible to the human eye. Red light 630nm | Blue Light 470nm | Green Light 525nm | Yellow Light 590nm | Orange Light 610nm | Purple Light | Near Infrared Light 850nm (Note:There is a row of NIR on the left and right sides of the device, which is invisible to the human eye)

Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

FAQ's

Are there any side effects to using near infrared red light therapy products?

Red light therapy is safe and is not associated with any side effects if used according to the instructions.

Notice: NIR could be unsafe to the eyes, so wear eye protection if using NIR in the facial area.

Do I need to use eyewear during treatments?

Yes, eye protection should be used when NIR mode is active, we recommend wearing eyewear when facing the device during the treatment.

How quickly does a red light therapy device work?

The good news is that led red light therapy does start helping your body from the very first session, but continued therapy helps achieve more lasting results.

You may feel minor results immediately, but the best results are achieved over 4 weeks, and it is important to continue use long-term.

How to use red light therapy on body and skin?

Ideally, you would place the light source close to your body, and this would enable a session to be complete in just a few minutes. Our panels deliver more than five joules of light per minute of use from a distance of six inches.

Dose is measured in J/cm²(Joules per centimeter squared). The greater the power density, the less time it will take for your cells to receive the desired dose. Dose= Power Density x Time.

If you want a simple protocol that works well, irradiate yourself for 10 minutes, once or twice a day per area. Be sure to assess how you feel afterwards. Nobody knows your body better than you do.

I have another red light product from Bestqool that I use for my body, but it is on a stand, so it is less convenient to use on my face compared to this mask. It is so nice that I can use this while lying down! I love that there is enough room under the dome that you can move and adjust your head, you can also use it on other parts of your body like your legs and back.It folds down to be about 8 inches tall, and I can easily store it when folded. It is very sturdy, and I appreciate that it is light enough that I can easily move it around when using it. The mask is very easy and intuitive to use, and the touchscreen is such a nice feature!There are 6 color options, and you can do individual colors, a combination, or cycle through all of them. The infrared light can be used at any time. I love the lock feature because if I don’t have it turned on, it is easy for my finger to touch one of the buttons when adjusting the mask, and accidentally change some of the settings. The video shows me first taking it out of the box and trying the different settings.I have used this LED mask every night for the past three weeks and have already seen great results! I have used it for 20-30 minutes each night before bed. I love how relaxed I am during/after use and it has been the perfect wind-down activity before bed.I have tried different combinations of colors/ the infrared, but have mainly stuck to the red and blue lights to focus on healing my skin. I have been dealing with hormonal acne for the past few months and nothing seemed to help but this mask! The texture of my skin is much smoother, and it is overall much less irritated and inflamed. I still have a few small breakouts, but overall my skin is much happier, and there is definitely a difference in my scarring and hyperpigmentation. The light quality is great and it is very bright under the mask, so I would definitely recommend using the goggles that come with it to protect your eyes. Overall, this mask is wonderful, especially comparing the cost to other similar LED products, and I would definitely recommend it! 5/5
