The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

How Long will my Sugar Sand Tan last?

Your self-tan results should last approximately 7-10 days.

Other great tips to keep your tan looking amazing is to:

  • limit time in water
  • avoid scrubbing/rubbing your skin
  • shaving, waxing
  • hot saunas / steam rooms
  • avoid any other form of skin exfoliation.

What’s the best way to prepare for a Sugar Sand Tan?

Shower, Shave & Exfoliate from head to toe with our Beach Babe
Exfoliating Glove.

Dry well. Apply Moisturizer to Feet, Hands, Elbows and Knees.

Find somewhere with good lighting, in front of a mirror. Being
able to see where you are applying will ensure you have covered all areas and
rubbed it all in.

Shake bottle well and apply mousse directly on our tanning mitt to
apply.

Start with legs and work your way up the body in a circular motion
covering skin evenly.

Check in the mirror to ensure you have no bare spots!

How can I keep my Sugar Sand Tan even longer?

Quick Luke-Warm showers, using shower gels and not bar soaps.

Lots of moisturizer after each shower and again before bedtime.

We always say;” Less Water/More Lotion!”

Any kind of lotion is good if it’s not medicated, too oily, or an
exfoliating lotion.

How do I Tan my Face?

Our formula is made for sensitive skin, so it’s perfect to use on
your Face.

After tanning your body, your Face should be tanned last.

Using the left-over product that is still on the mitt will work
fine for your face, or you can add a little more if needed.

My favorite way to Tan my Face, is to add a small pump of the
Tanning Mousse to my regular Moisturizer. It’s like tinting your Moisturizer,
blending flawlessly into the little creases of the face.

Must have for winter

This hammock is awesome! Not only is it enclosed but the heat actually keeps you quite warm. I’ve used it in 28 (F) degree weather and stayed comfortable all night while sleeping. Very well made and rugged. Even the stitching seems to be more rugged and sturdy. Easy to hang and fold up.

Space saving alternative to an underquilt

I ordered this heated hammock because I love to hammock camp or just spend a few hours hanging in a quiet spot in nature enjoying the forest. I like to do this in every season, but it gets cold without an underquilt for much of the year. A 20F degree underquilt adds a lot of extra volume to my pack though so when I saw this heated hammock I was excited.The hammock is 9' long which works well for casual day hangs. For my height of over 6' I prefer an 11' hammock though so this one is 2' shorter than the ones I use most often. I can't get the flat diagonal lay like I can in my 11' hammock. The heating zones stop short of the hammock edges so I'm not protected from wind coming through the hammock as I would be with an underquilt. The heating function works well but in the wind it would be easy to lose a lot of that heat.I haven't had a chance to use it with very cold weather yet, but I think the way I may use it most is in conjunction with a lighter-weight 40F underquilt. I think I'll be able to enjoy much colder temperatures with an underquilt trapping the heat from the heated hammock and keeping the wind off me. I also like to have a spare hammock for friends and this would make a great introduction to cold weather hammocking for someone who's never tried it before. The toasty warmth coming from beneath is very relaxing and makes me want to just stay in my hammmock.The built-in mosquito net and overcover are features I'd expect in a more expensive product and I'm impressed that all of this can be purchased for such a reasonable price. The hammock seems well made and I don't have any reservations about it lasting for many years with normal use. I'd recommend this to anyone, especially people about 5'6" and shorter if you plan to use it for sleeping at night.

Sturdy and Comfortable Hammock

This is my first experience with a heated hammock.The hammock comes with a battery bank to power the heating functionality of the hammock.The hammock has strong anchor points and quality zippers. The material is lightweight, strong, and breathable.The heating function really works! I did not sleep in the hammock; I only tested it out. The GOBI hammock performs as advertised.This product is extremely well-priced for the durability and quality of the hammock, combined with the heating technology.This is the ultimate camping solution.The zipper cover protects you from the elements and bugs, while the heater provides extra warmth in cold weather.

super easy to setup and very warm

Super easy to setup. seems to be durable material. heater works amazingly and it gets almost too hot on cold nights. had been waiting to try this out and finally got the chance a few days ago. would definitely recommend for those solo hikers, or people that just want to explore. i do recommend bringing an extra battery pack which you can just buy that has a usb . I personally use a solar charging pack and charge it up during the day.
