Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

Worth every penny

We don’t get too many cold nights at the football stadium in North Texas. But when you do it’s best to be prepared.This chair made such a difference at our community send off for the marching band. Keeping the cold aluminum bleachers at bay and providing a back to lean against would have been plenty. But the heated seat—GAME CHANGERThe battery pack charged quickly just using a USB cable and then when turned on this chair heats up very fast. It lasted the entire time we needed it to.I highly recommend this product.

Comfortable and warm

Vantage Heated Stadium Seat - Dual Heat Zones | 9 Hours of Heat | with Battery and Charger | Slate My son plays football and I usually go to his games to support him. One thing I noticed after my first few games was that my bum would hurt after sitting on the hard bleachers for just half an hour. I would resort to bringing an extra seat cushion from my house to sit on. I noticed that many of the parents around me had these portable seats so I asked them where they got their’s. Fast forward to now, me with my new seat cushion. I love it! It’s light enough for a small woman like me to carry and so easy to fold up and leave in the back of my car. After the games, I no longer have a sore bum! As for the seat warmer function, I have yet to try it out when it is actually chilly out, but I tested it at home and it’s quite strong!

Fantastic idea that’s comfortable and easy to fold, light weight with good heat and included battery

The Heated Stadium Seat by Gobi Heat, is comfortable and easy to use to improve any stadium experience. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying.I. Quality – It’s good quality, but it should be, considering the cost. The material, metal frame and electronics appear to be better than most and should hold up well over time. I’d put the overall quality in the lower side of the upper tier of the quality scale for stadium seats.II. Performance – It works really well to put on the aluminum benches being both comfortable and stable, but the padding is a little thin for me. I also wish it had armrests, but I love having the back support making all bleacher experiences massively better. It packs down fairly small, but it should have backpack straps or something to help navigate throw the crowds better. The heating is irreplaceable when it gets cold and it heats a large seating area. The included battery is sufficient and has always outlasted my patients for sitting and can double as a phone charger when needed.Overall, it makes the stadium seating experience so much better, that I quickly forget about any negatives and love that I picked it. This is one of those things that once you try it, you won’t know how you lived without it. I’ll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it.You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product. Hopefully it was helpful in your decision.

Perfect for watching kids sporting events

We have a wrestler and a dancer. This chair serves its purpose for both events. The padded seat and back helps with those long wrestling tournaments and the heat helps with the cold football games. It is a little heavy, but that is because it is good quality metal. I have another chair with arms, but it is so big it is hard to get through the crowds in the bleachers. This is the perfect size to tote around and fits my butt perfectly. Very happy with this chair!
