Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

How Long will my Sugar Sand Tan last?

Your self-tan results should last approximately 7-10 days.

Other great tips to keep your tan looking amazing is to:

  • limit time in water
  • avoid scrubbing/rubbing your skin
  • shaving, waxing
  • hot saunas / steam rooms
  • avoid any other form of skin exfoliation.

What’s the best way to prepare for a Sugar Sand Tan?

Shower, Shave & Exfoliate from head to toe with our Beach Babe
Exfoliating Glove.

Dry well. Apply Moisturizer to Feet, Hands, Elbows and Knees.

Find somewhere with good lighting, in front of a mirror. Being
able to see where you are applying will ensure you have covered all areas and
rubbed it all in.

Shake bottle well and apply mousse directly on our tanning mitt to
apply.

Start with legs and work your way up the body in a circular motion
covering skin evenly.

Check in the mirror to ensure you have no bare spots!

How can I keep my Sugar Sand Tan even longer?

Quick Luke-Warm showers, using shower gels and not bar soaps.

Lots of moisturizer after each shower and again before bedtime.

We always say;” Less Water/More Lotion!”

Any kind of lotion is good if it’s not medicated, too oily, or an
exfoliating lotion.

How do I Tan my Face?

Our formula is made for sensitive skin, so it’s perfect to use on
your Face.

After tanning your body, your Face should be tanned last.

Using the left-over product that is still on the mitt will work
fine for your face, or you can add a little more if needed.

My favorite way to Tan my Face, is to add a small pump of the
Tanning Mousse to my regular Moisturizer. It’s like tinting your Moisturizer,
blending flawlessly into the little creases of the face.

Heated blanket for emergencies

This heated blanket was a good purchase. It comes in a nice canvas bag with a zipper to hold everything in it. It has a handle, so it is ideal for travel or something to keep in the car. I personally keep it in my vehicle in case of an emergency.The blanket can either be plugged in directly to the wall or used with a portable power pack that comes with the kit. Either way it works well. It heats fairly quickly. I would say that the blanket is of average comfort. I think this is a nice blanket overall especially for an emergency. It has the benefit of the battery with it which I prefer over relying on an outlet source.

It’s a nice blanket

The blanket itself is nice and does warm up nicely. I like to keep my house pretty cold and then cover up some. Since the living room gets even colder than the rest of the house I used to use a really thick blanket but now this blanket is the only thing I use

Heats well, bulky, pricey

What I like... good battery pack, adequately warm with three different heating zones, nice thick blanket, and full coverage for average-height people.What I question... Obviously, the price... (currently $250).While I will definitely enjoy this heated blanket for camping or even on my couch. I do not think I would ever splurge this amount even for a nice camping accessory. There are cheaper heated devices that could together replace this blanket for less than half the cost. Despite my cringing at the price, it is nice to not have something cobbled together from other heated devices and I will still give this item four stars for keeping warm without car or house electricity.The only other detractor to this blanket is large and heavyweight. I question whether this is compact enough for camping, especially the type of tent camping you would need this for.

Warm and cozy

This is a very nice blanket. Color is good and blanket is soft and durable. It arrives in a nice travel/storage bag. It does come with the battery needed and multiple options for charging the battery. The battery is a touch big and heavy, but not complaining - better battery! It shows you the charge remaining - this can help you when charging and when using - I start on high to heat up and then go to low to maintain heat ... battery percentage will help you realize time left of warmth. It does have 3 settings - low, medium, and high. It turns on with a simple button on corner of blanket. It is a red light - and simply 1 red light for low, 2 red lights for medium, and 3 for high (so you don't have to remember which color is low). It is definitely nice enough to be giftable. You can wash it on a cold gentle cycle and line dry. A touch expensive in my world, but on a really cold night out on a soccer field ... worth every penny!
