Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

Has me sleeping like a baby

I've tried many inclined pillows over the years but this is by far the best. After unpacking, it took a short time for the items to regain size and shape. The new foam smell went away quickly. Very comfortable and comes with cases. I have not had the same acid reflux issues at night since using this. Definitely worth the price.

Definitely order the correct size for height

So I'm 5'6". I'm use to sleeping with a tall wedge, so I ordered the large because it's a taller wedge then the medium. Not a good choice. Although it was comfy while trying it out, it is not so easy to switch sides but once you fall asleep that won't matter. OK, I need the smaller size and it didn't give me the option to exchange sizes. It says free returns but when printing out the return instructions and label, it says that the company (not Amazon) charges a 20% recycling fee for returns. That my friends is $53.99 to return it. So I'm waiting to see if I get the full refund of $269.99 before ordering the smaller one. I will update when I get the refund. Update: 11/4/24 received a full refund. So if you purchase one I would through Amazon and not the company's website and purchase per your height. Also your hip is not suppose to be on the wedge per their instructions.

Pillow Heaven

I love love love this pillow. It relieves my hands from going numb and pain in my shoulders. Living in AZ the cooling effect on high heat days is a relief at the end of day and through the night/early morning. Just firm enough yet feels like a cloud.

Amazing but had other problems

It worked brilliantly for my Gerd And for my shoulder not being smushed and screwed up .. but during the night, I kept slipping down the wedge and would wake up to my ribs being in pain 😔 i’m partial to buying this again to retry it because it worked so well maybe my body was just screwed up that month.
