Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

Thin, but warm.

I ordered 8 of these vests for our family. I only had to exchange one due to size. Thin but warm. This would be great under a winter coat if you have to be out the very cold a long time. Stays warm at least 8 hours if on continuously.I ordered a Navy Blue and received a gray. Not a deal breaker, but annoying.The battery is HEAVY and weighs down one side of the vest. I have to keep something heavy in the other pocket (phone and keys) so the vest doesn't keep dipping on one side.All recipients were happy with their heated vest. :)

easy to set up and it works

i bought this initially from Amazon with a coupon for about $140. I waited for several weeks and was then notified that the order was canceled. I reordered the vest for $189 and received it in about a week. I think the vest was held back to sell it to me at full price...I dont think thats right.

Best piece of clothing I have purchased for my husband in years.

My husband goes out into the cold Michigan snow to load hay for my horses. This vest works perfectly over a hoodie or underneath a heavier jacket . The fabric slides easily over clothing, is not bulky and washes well . it is easy to charge and operate the buttons to increase or decrease temperature.I ordered an XL , for a 200 man with a thick waist,which fit well & allowed for wearing over an insulated hoodie

Battery Stopped working

Unfortunately the battery quit working after two months of intermittent use, however once contacted, the company was quick to remedy the problem by sending another replacement battery pack.
