Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

10 Pre-set Programs

EMS

  • JUMP START WARM UP

    Program 1 should gently prepare the body for exercise by gradually increasing the heart rate and circulation; this will loosen the joints and increase blood flow to the muscles. Stretching the muscles prepares them for physical activity and prevents injuries.

  • MUSCLE RECOVERY

    Programs 2 produces muscle twitches at a low frequency. Ideal for muscle recovery from fatigue to help decrease muscle stiffness. Great for recovery and relaxation following an intense workout.

  • ACTIVE RECOVERY

    Program 3 is similar to 2, except that the muscle twitch rate slows down during the session. It feels like a tapping massage, but softer than Program 2. Use it after intense exercise to promote recovery and relaxation.

  • MUSCLE ENDURANCE

    Program 4 uses a low frequency pulse which may favor slow twitch fibers, for potential development of aerobic capacity and capillary supply. It helps to improve fatigue resistance during long duration and moderate intensity exercise.

  • MUSCLE STRENGTHENING

    Program 5 uses a pulse frequency appropriate to help fast twitch muscle fibers. It may help improve anaerobic capacity and may help improve muscle strength. The exercise comprises of a sequence of work phases separated by longer relaxation phases.

  • EXPLOSIVE STRENGTH MODE

    Program 6 uses a burst pulse frequency appropriate for fast twitch muscle fibers. It may help improve anaerobic capacity and may help improve muscle strength.

TENS

  • RELIEF FOR LOWER BACK PAIN

    Program 1 and 2 is great for temporary relief of pain associated with sore and/or aching muscles in the lower back due to strain from exercise or normal household and/or work activities. Comfortable pulsing sensation. The underlying pain should decrease.

  • RELIEF FOR ARM & LEG PAIN

    Program 3 is great or temporary relief of pain associated with sore and/or aching muscles in the upper and lower extremities (arm and/or leg) due to strain from exercise or normal household and work activities. Variable comfortable mild tingling sensation (sensation will appear to come in waves).

  • CHRONIC PAIN RELIEF & ARTHRITIS

    Program 4 is for symptomatic relief and management of chronic, intractable pain and relief of pain associated with arthritis. You should feel a variable comfortable tingling and pulsing sensation that comes in waves.

What is TENS?

TENS stands for “Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation”. It’s a safe, non-invasive drug-free method of pain relief used by doctors for over 30 years. TENS works by blocking the pain signals from traveling to the brain through low voltage pulses to the skin. As a result, it produces endorphins, the body’s feel-good chemical.

What is EMS?

EMS stands for “Electrical Muscle Stimulation”. It is the elicitation of muscle contraction using electrical impulses. Great unit too bad it’s designed for only playmaker pads

No where n the ad and description does it say to use only playmaker pads. I’ve tried to other brand pads because of the sizes I need and the connectors are so loose it will not work. I called and was told I needed to use playmakers pads. That’s BS and should be a bullett point in the product description.

Worked as expected.

The pads are terrible. I did as instructed and only got a very few uses out of them. You have to buy replacement pads from company as no other fit and they are very expensive to replace!!

I like to use this on my shoulders after I have been working out. It helps to relax that muscles there so that I don't get quite as many headaches. It's easy to set up and use. Very happy.
