Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

Cool concept but not exactly a massage

Basically this eye massager has some parts that move around inside to manipulate the skin around your eyes, hold for a second, then release pneumatically with a hiss, then a different set of parts moves, etc. It's kind of just like a mask that scrunches up different parts of your face. There's also a warming function. The unit in operation is rather loud, definitely noticeable to those around you, and inside the thing it's hard to ignore. Bluetooth connectivity was real easy with my Samsung phone. Music through the mask is very quiet, made worse by the noise of the motor. Even at full volume, rock music was faint at best. Relaxing, quiet music or spoken word might be unhearable. Earbuds would fit fine underneath and are a better option for listening.A pleasant voice first welcomes you, then guides you through the modes as you short press the power button. Five different modes of operation give you some variety, depending on your mood and if you want a quiet relaxing massage or something with more vitality. The unit is comfortable enough, a soft material ("vegan leather"?) similar to over-ear headphones covers your eyes, and the adjustable strap allows for size control.Not exactly what I was hoping for, as far as an eye massage goes, but it is oddly relaxing, the warmth helps to relieve some stress, and it's good to close our eyes and unwind every once in a while. Up to you and your budget to decide if the $65 asking price (at the time of this review) is worth that.

This feels amazing!

This is the first eye massager that I have ever tried, and I can't believe how much I love it! I have never experienced anything like it, and I have tried a lot of therapy devices and massagers over the years. No, it is not perfect, but it sure feels unbelievably relaxing. As soon as I feel a slight headache or TMJ pain flaring up, I put this on to ease the tension in my temples. Because I can see this eye massager being of benefit to so many people, I am including some problem areas that are worth noting for future users.1. The charge doesn't last long enough.2. I wish I could turn off the "thank you" message that automatically plays upon completion because it always wakes me up. I have never made it through the entire program without falling asleep.3. It is too loud. I can't use it when my husband or kids are lying next to me because they complain of the noise. I agree, the device makes a repetitive puffing sound while massaging. The mechanical noises are unpleasantly loud.4. The "comfort" mode doesn't work. When selected, nothing at all happens.

So luxurious!

I love using the eye massager! It feels great on my eyes and helps me with tension headaches. The warmth is awesome, and the compression massage feels heavenly. Everyone I have let try this massager has asked me where they could get one. That pretty much tells me how great a gift it would be to get! I like that there are settings that helps each person adjust it to themselves for comfort.

This massager is a game-changer for anyone who experiences eye pain, eye strain, dark circles, eye bags, dry eyes, or migraines. One of the features that really sets this eye massager apart is the built-in Bluetooth speaker that allows you to listen to your favorite music or calming sounds while you relax and soothe your eyes. I found this to be an incredibly effective way to unwind and destress after a long day of work.
