Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

impressive performance and design

Early days, but I'm very happy with the performance (the cleaning) and also very impressed by the design. That the main (=only) button is an area to be pressed on without being a physical button makes it absolutely waterproof and easy to clean. This is very different from competitors' devices (and their main drawback as it soon clogs up and malfunctions).

Sleek Design and Great Battery Life, But Needs a Softer Brush Head

I recently purchased the Laifen Wave Electric Toothbrush after seeing positive reviews on YouTube, and I’m pleased with its performance. The toothbrush effectively cleans and leaves my teeth feeling fresh. The design is sleek, and the battery life is impressive—lasting much longer than my previous toothbrush.However, I do have one concern. The brush head is made of hard plastic, and while it vibrates well, I find that the hard surface can be a bit uncomfortable when it comes into contact with my teeth. I would prefer a softer material for the brush head to enhance comfort during use.Overall, it’s a great toothbrush, and I look forward to seeing if they release a version with a softer brush head in the future.

Best 80 bucks ever spent

This thing is awesome and worth every penny. You will notice on the first use the difference it makes. I saw this advertised through a couple of my favorite YouTube channels and it absolutely lives up to the hype. I've used it for a few weeks now and its the best toothbrush Ive ever owned at a fraction of the cost of higher end brands.

This is a pretty good product. The battery life is super good and has a pretty nice simple charger with it. It’s not super noisy and it’s pretty small for being an electric toothbrush, which I like!

High Quality but Intense

TLDR: Great quality, vibration modes need a few lower settings for sensitive teeth.I like this product and thankfully my gripes with it could probably be solved in a software update. The toothbrush has several vibration modes which are adjustable via a phone app- however ALL of them are too strong for me personally.I have sensitive front teeth for injury and whilst I love an electric clean, these vibration modes are a little too strong for those teeth.
