Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period. 

iReliev.com reserves the right to refund the eligible merchandise at their discretion.

Warm and comfy

Works great by itself or when needing extra heat. Does last for at least 7h on lowest setting which was all I needed most days.Truly made for athletes and for outdoors. Much better than ORORO or the fake Chinese copycat vests which feel cheap. This feels much warmer at a lower setting and feels like good quality gear.Cons: battery is fat and bulky. But so is all the other copycat brands.

Quality vest, great customer service

I received a Gobi heated vest for Christmas last year and have really enjoyed it. I bought this one for my mom based on my experience and received another high quality product as expected. We thought we had an issue with the battery (turned out to be our mistake), so we reached out for customer service and had a great experience getting the help we needed. The customer service representative followed up with emails and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the product and service. The best part of the best is that it keeps your core warm without any mobility restrictions because it’s a vest. You can move easily with it on and stay warm. The vest fits snug so some people may want to size-up.

I do construction staking in the inland PNW for a living. Outdoors in all weather. Turned the vest on low this morning when I lost feeling in my fingers. A minute later I was giggling because it felt like I was wrapped in a heating pad. Thank you!!

Life changing product for cold people!!

This has made all the difference in my ability to winter ski in Montana. Keeping my core warm on the lifts is key. I can only keep the best on highest level outdoors in very cold weather (it was near 0 F) as it is so warm). It lasts over 5 hours on high. Super easy to use, charge. I wore under my XS ski coat, low bulk. Mine is size small and is too large all over (I am 110 lbs, 63 in) but it is no bother. I am using it now for walking dogs and will use under my sailing jacket under cool, breezy days on boat.
