Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

How Long will my Sugar Sand Tan last?

Your self-tan results should last approximately 7-10 days.

Other great tips to keep your tan looking amazing is to:

  • limit time in water
  • avoid scrubbing/rubbing your skin
  • shaving, waxing
  • hot saunas / steam rooms
  • avoid any other form of skin exfoliation.

What’s the best way to prepare for a Sugar Sand Tan?

Shower, Shave & Exfoliate from head to toe with our Beach Babe
Exfoliating Glove.

Dry well. Apply Moisturizer to Feet, Hands, Elbows and Knees.

Find somewhere with good lighting, in front of a mirror. Being
able to see where you are applying will ensure you have covered all areas and
rubbed it all in.

Shake bottle well and apply mousse directly on our tanning mitt to
apply.

Start with legs and work your way up the body in a circular motion
covering skin evenly.

Check in the mirror to ensure you have no bare spots!

How can I keep my Sugar Sand Tan even longer?

Quick Luke-Warm showers, using shower gels and not bar soaps.

Lots of moisturizer after each shower and again before bedtime.

We always say;” Less Water/More Lotion!”

Any kind of lotion is good if it’s not medicated, too oily, or an
exfoliating lotion.

How do I Tan my Face?

Our formula is made for sensitive skin, so it’s perfect to use on
your Face.

After tanning your body, your Face should be tanned last.

Using the left-over product that is still on the mitt will work
fine for your face, or you can add a little more if needed.

My favorite way to Tan my Face, is to add a small pump of the
Tanning Mousse to my regular Moisturizer. It’s like tinting your Moisturizer,
blending flawlessly into the little creases of the face.

Very Good Serum

I've only used this for about two months and have been rotating it into my daily skincare routine. Initially, I did not know what to expect, as I had never used copper peptide in the past. The serum worked well on my skin and kept it feeling hydrated and moisturized. Overall, very nice serum (but more time will be needed to fully see results for anti-aging purposes).

I have dry sensitive skin and after using 7E Wellness Anti-Aging Peptide Serum my skin feels dry and tight. I do have some super hydrating skin cream I use along with this that helps. It seems to be doing a good job absorbing and plumping out my skin

Works well

I’ve been using this on and off for a few weeks. It does moisturize well. I didn’t find it to be sticky or tacky which sometimes gels have a tendency to do. I feel like the moisturizing effect did help with minor wrinkles and in fact I can feel a tightening effect when using. No breakouts. What I don’t like is the slight odor it has, I can’t identify it but it’s like a plastic smell. It does fade, but going on the smell isn’t pleasant. Otherwise I like this as a daily moisturizer and would get again.

Fresh scent and makes skin dewy

I’ve been using this after my toner and then add moisturizer and sunscreen for day time and have been liking the results. It leaves my skin soft and dewy that I barely have to put on makeup. I like the bottle and a little bit covers my entire face. The best part about this serum is the relaxing and lovely scent. I'm usually not keen on fragrance, but this serum has the amazing scent that the luxurious spas always smell like that instantly relaxes you and makes you feel comfortable. The scent is really amazing and the serum also leaves a very smooth skin.
