Our Promise to You

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return eligible item(s). Please review the full policy below to understand the terms, process, and any exceptions that may apply.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please call 855-723-2882 to speak with our Customer Support Team. Once your RMA is approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions for return shipping.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, your returned item(s) must:

  • Authorized with an RMA number prior to return.
  • Received by our facility within 10 calendar days of the RMA issue date.
  • Delivered no later than 30 calendar days from the original date of purchase.


  • Same condition as received, with all original packaging and components included.
  • 25% restocking fee.
  • Without an RMA will be refused and sent back to the sender.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be shipped to our facility in Fort Worth, Texas. ExcelHealth Inc. does not provide return labels or cover return shipping expenses. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for proof of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene regulations, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, even if unused:

  • that come into contact with the skin

Returned hygiene products will be discarded upon receipt and will not be refunded.

Note: Federal and state laws prohibit the return of any personal care product once opened or applied to the body.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for another model:

  • All shipping fees (return and new shipment).
  • Price difference (if applicable).
  • Non-returnable, but are still covered under warranty based on your original order date.

Refunds

  • Up to 2 business days for processing.
  • 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account after processing.

Dollar Pad Club & Subscribe & Save Orders

  • are non-refundable unless approved by ExcelHealth Inc.
  • at least two business days before the next scheduled shipment to avoid additional charges.

If a qualifying device return is approved, and a Dollar Pad Club order was shipped due to a subscription that was not canceled, that order may be reviewed for refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
