PRICING

Wholesale pricing & terms are available to qualified retailers, medical offices, DME/HME, chiropractors,
homecare organizations and approved e-commerce retailers. Individuals do not qualify. Company information will be verified
to confirm reseller qualification.

OPENING ORDERS

A minimum order of $250 is requested on opening wholesale orders. Thereafter, no minimums will apply.
Payment for opening orders is required via credit card. All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
We also accept PayPal. You may request Paypal invoice.

PAYMENT

If desired, credit terms are available for subsequent orders on approved credit (click Business Credit Application below). With an accepted application
terms are set at net 30. All payments will be applied to oldest balance first. If your account is past due, ExcelHealth reserves
the right to withhold shipments and revoke credit terms until the account is in good standing. We accept all major credit cards.

SHIPPING

Orders are fulfilled and shipped same day if received by 12:00 pm MST. Your purchase will be shipped in
the means most cost effective. If your company has a carrier preference such as UPS or FedEx, please let us know so that we may
utilize your preferred vendor.

RETURNS & RETURN AUTHORIZATION

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We offer a full money-back refund on all new, unused products in the original
packaging returned within 30 days of delivery. Defective products will require return authorization. Please request RA # via email
at info@ireliev.com.

E-Commerce

Amazon, eBay, Rakuten, Newegg, OverStock and other online marketplaces are not available for e-commerce sales and
distribution. The company reserves exclusivity. Qualified resellers may sell on their website. Exceptions may apply. Please
read terms and conditions below very carefully as we will strongly enforce this policy.

Advertising Policy & MAP Pricing

In order to maintain the goodwill of our product line and intellectual property rights, ExcelHealth has unilaterally established an advertising policy (the “Advertising Policy”) as described below. This policy applies to all iReliev brand products otherwise known as MAP Products. ExcelHealth values the relationship it has with its customers and has adopted this advertising policy to preserve its reputation for providing customers with the highest quality products and strong aftermarket sales support.

This Advertising Policy applies to all advertising and marketing activities of Resellers and/ or their customers who resell MAP Products (“Resellers”). All resellers who sell MAP Products to customers other than consumers for personal use must communicate the Advertising Policy to such customers and enforce the Advertising Policy with respect to such customers. Failure to enforce the Advertising Policy according to its terms is a violation of the Advertising Policy and may result in a penalty of $5,000.00 per occurrence and loss of rights to sell iReliev products.

It is ExcelHealth’s unilateral policy to cease supplying MAP Products to Resellers that do not adhere to this Advertising Policy. ExcelHealth will not discuss any aspect of any Resellers or customers adherence to this Advertising Policy with any other Reseller or customer.

ExcelHealth may engage a third-party to monitor compliance with this Advertising Policy. The Advertising Policy covers all advertising to the public in all forms of media, including, but not limited to websites, social media, television, radio, and print. This policy is subject to change at any time by ExcelHealth. iReliev logos are registered trademarks of ExcelHealth Inc, and may not be used on a reseller’s website or any third party website used by a reseller without the consent of ExcelHealth, Inc.
