Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

very nice

very nice pillow but not happy about the return policy i ordered this on size L too big for my like so i want to exchange for S/M and seems i have to pay for shipping and only shows me one location for return. not happy about this.

Very comfortable and nice

I was worried bc people in the comments were saying this pillow is too big or has too much of a chemical smell but the smell is very mild and says in the info that it goes away after a week or so, and it’s really not that big if you’re sleeping in a queen bed like I am. I took a nap and it was very very comfortable and made my shoulder not get squished which was nice

Hard to use

For someone with a bad shoulder, this is hard to use. If you roll from one side to the other at night, good luck. They should make a quick release out of the arm hole. Also, you really need a king bed for this thing. Even a queen bed makes you arm hang off the bed if you have a spouse.

Great for side sleeping/shoulder pain

Definitely not a product for everyone. But if you have shoulder pain and/or are a side sleeper with insomnia it’s a great product. You may want to try using another small pillow with it for your head on top. Sometimes I do sometimes I don’t. I kinda wish the wedge was slightly thicker but it’s good as is. I regret not buying this sooner a couple years ago when I broke my arm and had surgery that cut through my rotor cuff. Had issues sleeping for months where I think I think this would have helped greatly. It’s a good quality pillow. It’s overpriced in my opinion but it’s probably not a high volume item, pricing is what it is. But it’s hsa fsa approved item at least which made it not or less of an issue for me. Was worth it to me. I don’t use the body pillow. I have and sometimes do but it’s mostly used by the wife now. That’s also the same memory foam.
