Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

Works as expected but heavy and awkward to maneuver.

This is heavy and awkward to maneuver but it works great. I had to attach a small pillow because my back is boney. I will also put some straps on the edges to help maneuver it.

Decent massage

The pillow is small and rechargable which is nice. The massage itself is basic but can get it into position for hitting certain spots. My only complaint is the zipper that holds the bottom together started to separate already. Not a great start.

Good kneading massage and nice looking

This pillow is a nice size. It fits well on my living room chairs and I can flip it around to look like a normal throw pillow when it's not in use. It's got a great velour surface on the decorative side, and a mesh surface on the massage side. It does weigh a lot more than a regular pillow.I also like that this is battery powered. It charges in 3 hours and can run for up to two hours between charges. There are only two buttons, one for power and mode, and one to switch directions. A short press of the power button turns off the red lights.If you've used a shiatsu neck/shoulder massager before, then you already know what the massage is like. This is identical to a neck/shoulder massager, just shaped differently. There are rotating knobs under the surface that knead and press the skin. I personally like it and find it therapudic, but I have to be careful around my body spine. The pillow is less versatile than a neck/shoulder massager, because it doesn't have straps to hold.The current price of $100 is a bit eye-watering. It does seem well made and it does arrive nicely packaged in a printed product box, but that's more than I could afford for the performance.

relief for my calves!

i often get tightness and soreness in my calves. i love using this when i'm laying in bed at night under my calves - such a nice massage! the pillow can be used on your neck and back as well.
