Our Red and near infrared therapy brings the powerful effect for both superficial & topical as well as deep tissue. 60 degree beam angle with dual chip red 660 and near infrared 850 wavelengths. These wavelengths are ideal for reducing inflammation, enhancing recovery, improving sleep and so much more. Smart control system gives you greater flexibility and personalization to create your own therapy. Measures 13.2" x 9.1" x 2.7".

In the Box

BQ60 dual-chip red light panel comes as a full package, includes user manual, hanging kit, and eye protection, complete with a built-in cooling fan to dissipate heat. The light therapy can be placed on a table or hung on the wall to provide a 16"x14" irradiated area. Get the healthy benefits while you are working, relaxing or lying down.

Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

Easy set up and use

I had been researching for a while and came across a red light therapy subreddit that talked about bestqool a lot. It seemed to have the most consistent consensus of quality. I Iike it so far! Just have to get used to sitting still with the goggles on and doing nothing for a bit!

What struck me right out of the box, was the weight and quality of the red light therapy device. I would expect that from one of their pricier competitors. What also amazed me was how easy it was to set up. You are given two different ways to use it, either using the built-in stand or the over-the-door hanging option. The unit is a powerful tool and is third-party tested which also impressed me at this price point.I cannot wait to see my results!. I am highly confident that I made the right choice in selecting this company for my red infrared light therapy device!
