Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

Including dual pockets on the front which can be utilized to hold your phone, tablet, tv remote or even a small book. Two zippered openings for your hands allows you to quickly access the front pockets while inside the sauna. Designed to deliver a high quality experience while using tough materials, which will allow you to use it for years to come. This product utilizes steam that is about 212F° (100 C°), creating an internal temperature ranging 110-115°F. Before using, one can add essential oils or fresh flower for an even more enjoyable experience. Easy setup inside-frame design (Assemble the frame according to the diagram attached, then place the cover of the frame), It only takes minutes to set up. When finished, any small amount of condensing water that is produced can easily be wiped up with a towel from the inside of the sauna.

Note: Before using this product, please make sure all of the steam tubes are not bent since it would block the flow of steam. As results, it may make the steam tubes pop off and hot steam stray out, causing scalding and other bodily injuries. Make sure the steam tubes are placed straight. If you find they are bent, turn off the power and let them thoroughly cool down first before adjusting their positions.

Works well

Super easy to assemble, frame is a bit on the flimsy side. The sauna does work well. It takes a good 10 minutes for it to start working at full capacity. If you are tall be mindful of the lack of interior space. I am 5'10" and I find it snug. My son is 6'9" and can't use it for lack of leg space. Wish it was a bit deeper. Very easy to clean and super lightweight.

I’m loving this sauna , I’m 6,3” 300 lbs and I fit in perfectly, does take about 15 minutes for steam and the hose it came with is too short.
