Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

This is my fourth item from IRelief !
( large infrared heating pad, TENS EMS unit rechargeable, percussion massager? And of course my latest infrared heating pad for back pain)

This really works on my back pain

So far I really love this. It works on my lower back pain and has some lasting effect after I stop using it. I like the precision temperature control and the display of the current temp. The vibration is a nice bonus. The heat with the stones has a nice feel to it and is very even. It does take some time to warm up, but really is not too bad.I had been using a microwaveable clay heating pad which also has a very nice heat, but I cannot get a precise temperature on it, and it doesn't last that long so I have to periodically reheat it, which is really annoying. The clay one is also smaller and harder to keep in place (thin, weak straps). With this I can sit at a computer for hours with it on, pain free. I chose this one because I wanted something that would stay in place while moving. Though, with how much I like this, I may also want one that I can use on my full back or neck. The straps and velcro are strong with some flexibility in the material to help with fitting. The cord has decent length so I can move around a bit within the same room. E.g., between bed and desk chair. The two cord connections lock into each other which prevents accidentally unplugging it while moving around (great little design detail).Only two minor negatives so far. The 3 vibration settings are not really all that different to me, they have different patterns but they do not feel significantly different in effect, I would have liked more variety, possibly including one that is more consistent rather than pulsating on and off. I didn't really buy this for the vibration anyway, so it doesn't really affect me much. The other con is that I can't really read the buttons on the controller in the dark. The writing is very light and the red backlight just doesn't help much. This only matters when first getting used to it before developing the muscle memory of where to press for a particular function.Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with this purchase.

Didn’t like the Velcro and being attached to a plug.

My husband bought this as a gift for me. It heats okay, but the Velcro was always snagging my clothing and making little pull marks here and there. I tend to get up and down a lot, so undoing the Velcro each time was a nuisance to me, so I changed to a heating pad. I tried it, it was okay, but not for me.
