Reusable for 10-12 treatments or until the conductivity bar no longer stays solid.

Masks do not require the use of conductive gel.

Disclaimer:

  1. Be careful when using the Conductive Self-adhesive Mask/electrodes on people who tend to display skin rash reactions to the adhesive.  The Self-adhesive Masks/Electrode may cause skin rashes or reddening of the skin with such individuals.
  2. If using the Self-adhesive Electrode/Mask causes a skin rash, redness of the skin, skin irritation, etc. during use, then stop usage.   We do recommend you spritz the skin lightly with our Replenish Spritzer before using the conductive mask or you can use a non irritating water based serum. 
  3. When attaching the Self-adhesive Mask/Electrode, do not place over or in contact with metal items (necklace, piercings)

Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period. 

iReliev.com reserves the right to refund the eligible merchandise at their discretion.
