Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels.
For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.
All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund. Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #. Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

How Often should I Check my Exercise Equipment? GoFit equipment should always be checked thoroughly before each and every use to assure there are no nicks, tears, holes or other damage to the item. Using damaged items could lead to severe injury. If any sign of damage or wear is present, immediately discontinue use of the item.
How do I remove the Stability Ball Plug to deflate? The ball plug should only be removed with dull items to avoid damage to the ball. Item suggested for removal are: • Flat-nose pliers: Grab both sides of the top edge of the plug and pull straight out. • A coin: Place it under one lip of the upper edge with your thumb on the top and pull up and out.
Can the Stability or Exercise Balls be Repaired? We do not have repair kits for holes in the ball. We do not suggest the repair of any ball as it would hurt the integrity of the ball and potentially make it unsafe. If a stability ball is damaged, you should discontinue use immediately and replace the ball.
My DVD arrived scratched or broken. Please contact GoFit Customer Service, we will be happy to send you a new DVD.

Well worth the money, it's amazing how just a 15 min. massage melt's the stress away. I purchased 2 more for a couple of friends of mine, they too can't believe how effective this unit is!
I've been an iReliev user for years. The mini TENS unit is a wonderful pain reliever and also great for travel. This year I took one of the older white units to South Africa with me. While visiting a friend, she told me her wrist had been broken by a farm animal a few months previously. The injury had mostly healed, but she was still experiencing pain and swelling. I loaned her my mini TENS unit since I had a package of new electrode pads. The mini TENS relieved her pain rapidly, so I left the unit in South Africa for her.
When I came home I purchased a new Mini TENS unit for myself along with some more electrode pads.

I suffer from horrific sciatic pain. This Tens unit is by far the best I’ve purchased! It’s wireless, I bought the extra pods so I have them changed at all times. There are days where getting out of bed is just horrific, but with this, it’s as good as going to the Chiropractor and having it done there… except I can drive, walk, run my errands, go to work while wearing it! It’s worth every penny! So happy !
