ExcelHealth Return Policy:

The iReliev Promise:

You have 45 calendar days to return your item(s) from the date of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with your product(s). Please read the following information regarding our Return Policy.

Returned item(s) must:

  1. You must be issued an RMA number by ExcelHealth. Please call 855-723-2582 further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. Your item(s) must be received no later than 10 calendar days after the RMA has been issued.

Note: Your item(s) must arrive back to our office on or before the end of the 45th day after the original date of purchase. If the 45th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Federal holiday, your 45th day will be the next normal business day.

Note: All orders received without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.

  1. Your device and package contents must be in the same condition you received it in. Refunds will be issued after all items have been deemed eligible by our Returns Department.
  1. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging. Failure to provide original packaging, may be subject to a restocking fee of 25% for eligible product(s) returned.
  1. All shipment costs incurred to return product is not covered by iReliev. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange orders.

Consumable Items:

Consumable items like electrode pads and other accessories are not eligible for refunds because items like these are only to be used by one person for hygienic purposes. All consumable items returned will be discarded immediately and a refund for the consumable items will not be issued. For further assistance with eligibility for returns, please call our Consumer Sales & Support Department at 855-723-2582.

Dollar Pad Club Items:

Shipped orders will not be eligible for a refund unless approved by our company. Dollar Pad Club subscriptions must be canceled at least two business days prior to the next shipment. For more information regarding your Dollar Pad Club subscription, please log into your account at www.ireliev.com or call 855-723-2582.

Note: Dollar Pad Club orders may be eligible for a refund in the case the device(s) were returned to iReliev for a refund (must meet eligibility requirements) before Dollar Pad Club subscription was shipped, but the Dollar Pad Club subscription was not canceled.

Issuing Refund: Once delivered, please allow up to two business days for your item(s) to be processed and a refund be issued to you. Please note, once a refund has been issued, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be posted to your account.

Exchanged Items: In the event you return your order for a different model device or product, you will be required to pay the difference in price (if applicable) and all shipping fees (return shipment, new shipment, etc.). The new device you receive will not be returnable but will still be covered under warranty from the date of purchase from your original order.
