The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

This thing is amazing!!

Honestly, this is the best heating pad I have ever tried. It is perfect for managing pain, and when this thing is working it’s definitely working. However, I noticed after a few tries it would randomly not heat up, I’ve tried to troubleshoot everything and it would not pass 73 degrees after having it on for more than 200 minutes! Then it would go back to working and then the same exact thing would happen and it would give a random error or just completely not even turn on.I have this three stars because this wound have been 5 without all these technical issues. However, the customer service is great, I processed a return and they sent a replacement right away for the defected one. I will provide another update in a few weeks. Fingers crosssed to lot have issues.

Love this, heavy but fantastic product

I have purchased many and returned many heating pads while looking for one that will help my pain and inflammation…finally after at least 10 other products I found the one that works 😊

3+ years of regular use...muy bueno!

OK...the question is always 'does it last?' This one certainly has...the temp/timer control still works as designed and the pad itself is fantastic! I recommend it to many. I'm 63 and the back gets stiff now and again...golf and standing up working, fixing things around the house, living in general...sometimes I simply want to use it cuz it always works to relieve what ails me as it has a solid depth to its warmth.

Wonderful product and great customer support!

This heating pad is something I use every night before I go to sleep. I love how relaxing it is and how it helps my muscles feel better. The controller is very easy to use, and whenever I’ve had a question about anything related to the heating pad, UTK customer service was on top of it!!
