Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

Microcurrent gloves are an accessory designed to be used as an alternative to traditional ball tip probes or cotton tip probes for a microcurrent facial treatment. They are an ideal way to provide a more detail oriented microcurrent treatment to fit you or your client's unique needs for facial lifting and toning. Our pair of 7E conductive microcurrent gloves are 100% silver threaded and low resistance, which makes them easy to glide on the skin. A microcurrent session with these antimicrobial gloves (meaning they act against various microorganisms like bacteria and fungi) will transmit low-level electrical stimulation, targeting microcurrent deep into the skin tissue and leading to an effective reduction of fine lines and wrinkles. The conductive microcurrent gloves will yield the same results as the traditional metal ball tip probes.

The benefits of using conductive microcurrent gloves in place of traditional metal ball tip probes primarily comes down to preference of you and / or your clients. Due to their antimicrobial properties and silver lining, conductive microcurrent gloves are a more powerful tool in combating acne than traditional metal ball tip probes.

To clean, use neutral detergent or mild antibacterial soap only in order to prolong the lifespan of the gloves and do not twist the gloves after washing to wring out excess water. The conductive microcurrent gloves should air dry to prolong their lifespan.

If you do not own a  Lead Wire  you will need to purchase one to use the gloves with your device.
