Just what I needed…

Lots of padding on the bottom of foot bed. No sweaty feet either, they allow the vet to breathe. They are nice and comfortable, great when standing for long periods of 3-4 hrs. Not nearly as much fatigue. Its great for old legs, don't feel nearly as exhausted at the end of my volunteer job. Really had the most pleasant exchange Ive ever experienced online with Customer Service. 5 stars!

I"m a rehabilitative animal massage therapist. I recommend getting the set and if you don't have a microwave, open the steel ball and run very hot water and allow it to absorb heat for a few minutes before putting it together. I purchased two sets so that I can go on both sides of the spinous process simultaneously… I can also do alternating hot and cold therapy this way.

If you have a microwave, put the red ball in for 15 seconds, take it out shake it up put in for another 15 seconds. And you can still soak the metal ball in hot water and you’ll have a nice long heat therapy!

Great setup up. You get base handle (orange), metal roller ball that unscrews in middle and 2 inserts. Blue rubber ball with gel goes in freezer for 2 hours, orange ball goes in microwave for 45 seconds. Put hot or cold ball insert into metal ball and **** closed and attached to base handle.

you end up with a hot or cold therapy ball that rolls and you can massage in as deep or hard as you want with either heat or cold.

****Update after one week of use****
The orange round heat ball is showing signs of blowing out-looks like an egg on one end now-pimple like bulge at top. Returning for a replacement. This may be due to over heating in microwave. Directions say 45seconds in microwave, but depending on power of microwave or what power setting its set to, might over heat the ball and cause it burst. after a week, heating it once a day for 45 seconds now is slightly leaking and looks like an egg. You have to be careful not to overheat it.

I read some of the other reviews, this is easiest thing to use. To remove metal ball. Grab Black base with one hand, hold tight, with other hand and turn orange top counter clock wise about a 1/16 of a turn and pull orange top ring off. Then remove metal ball and do the same thing. grab on end and turn counter clockwise with other hand. Its really easy.

5 stars for therapy use of hot and cold roller ball.
1 star for defective heat ball. Will see if it was just a fluke, defect one of or bad design. waiting on replacement to arrive.

Told them what was going on with heat ball, they are sending out a new one at no charge, so they stand behind there product. Impressive customer support.

This massage ball is really awesome. The hot massage works nicely with a muscle knot, I felt much better after about 15 mins using this massage ball. The cold massage helps a lot after exercise. I practice martial arts so I get banged up a lot, this ball is a life saver.

One of the main issues that have been discussed a lot about this massage ball is that it is not very easy to open for the first time but it's not impossible. I found that it's easier to open when I flip the black part up. Hold the orange part with another hand and turn the black part counter-clockwise. I'm a 5'3" girl with a small hand (i'm wearing small size glove) and I can open it so can you.

Also, beware of the leak. As you can see in the picture, that's my first shipment. I thought it was just a steam due to the temperature fluctuated. However, when I opened the box and touched it, it felt a bit tacky and it is definitely not a regular water but it felt like a chemical fluid. I assumed that it might be the balls were leaking. So I decided to return the item and order another one which came in with no problem at all.

listening, Sell this in a small 2oz bottle for home portable EKG users
so that it will fit in one of our current cases. (Such as, AliveCor’s Kardia 6L & Omron EVOLV)

One case for the EVOLV will hold easily EKG device plus a 2oz bottle of SignaSpray
Do you know how much a simple 2oz EMPTY bottle cost.

EKG users don’t need much.
About ONE spritz and NOT everytime,

In fact more than three spritzes does not help and may actually hinder getting a good reading,

Only needed by those with a weak heart
(Low voltage compared to normal)

Update July 14, 2020:

If using this electrode conductive spray to help getting the 6L EKG to work here is some valuable info.

This spray works so good it can cause interference,

Have a damp cotton wash cloth handy. By damp I mean if you snap or crack the cloth like a wipe, NO WATER droplets would fly off the wash towel hitting your face,
If you try to even clean the EKG 6L electrode pads with even just TWO DROPS of soapy water my 6L never recovered. Sounds strange yes but trust me, okay damp towel that you can snap without water coming off,

1. Spray the fingertips and left knee just ONCE each with SignaSpray
2. Rub the spray into the skin until dry. (About 30 to 60 seconds)
3. Damper the knee and finger tips with the dampen towel,

WORKS GREAT EVERYTIME

Very easy to put together! It worked exactly how I hoped it would. In a large gym sauna it’s hard to breath and if you try to kill time with your phone it gets condensation and hard to see the screen. Not with this portable sauna! I loved the arm holes and I was able to rest my forearms on the center pole (not too sturdy but doable). It’s nice to be able to breath freely and have arms free. Keep a towel handy around your neck to keep from steam escaping and to wipe your face.

I don't want to send back the oil because of contamination if I were to put it in another container. Cap and seal broken when it arrived. Giving 5 stars because it's not the company's fault but I think the cap quality may be poor.

Easy to install and use!

I had been researching for a while and came across a red light therapy subreddit that talked about bestqool a lot. It seemed to have the most consistent consensus of quality. I Iike it so far! Just have to get used to sitting still with the goggles on and doing nothing for a bit!

When I got my mat, part of the lights wouldn’t light up. I contacted the company about it, and they sent a replacement for free fairly quickly. So far I’m happy with the effects. I’ve noticed an increase in baby hair growth. When I put it over my abdomen I can feel my stomach/gut being more active. Using it at a high setting for a longer time makes me sleep deeply. I’m also very happy this is HSA eligible. I wouldn’t be able to afford a good quality red light therapy mat otherwise.

It’s important to know that my heating pad quit working twice and they REPLACED it 2x’s! My cat and I ❤️it

Works great and instructions are clear! this was something I was excited for since my back always hurts the heating helps so much and the red light will help my muscles I got the belt so I can wrap it around my legs, stomach, and even arms. Hope this helps.

What struck me right out of the box, was the weight and quality of the red light therapy device. I would expect that from one of their pricier competitors. What also amazed me was how easy it was to set up. You are given two different ways to use it, either using the built-in stand or the over-the-door hanging option. The unit is a powerful tool and is third-party tested which also impressed me at this price point.I cannot wait to see my results!. I am highly confident that I made the right choice in selecting this company for my red infrared light therapy device!
